Finixhost.com offers a 15-day money-back guarantee exclusively for Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Core Hosting plans. This guarantee applies only to first-time registered users and does not apply to existing or returning customers.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted separately from other communications.
- Refunds are not available for accounts terminated or suspended due to violations of the Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
- Refunds exclude any setup fees associated with account activation or service initiation.
- Costs related to additional purchased services (such as domain privacy, SSL certificates, premium support, etc.) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not granted for domain registrations or renewals under any circumstances. Domains are the property of registries and cannot be refunded once registered.
- If a free domain was included as part of the hosting plan, the standard domain registration fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the refund is granted.
Payment Terms:
- All payments for hosting plans and additional services must be made upfront or as agreed during purchase.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes or fees related to their transactions.
Cancellations:
- Customers wishing to cancel must follow the official cancellation procedure as detailed in the Cancellation Policy section.
- Cancellation requests do not automatically trigger refunds; eligibility will be assessed based on the criteria above.

Eligibility:

Duration and Renewal:
Promotional pricing applies only to the initial term of the service purchased. Upon renewal, regular rates will automatically apply unless otherwise stated. Customers will be notified of renewal pricing changes in advance.
Non-Transferable:
Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be transferred, combined with other offers, or redeemed for cash.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If a service purchased with promotional pricing is canceled and eligible for a refund, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted amount paid. Any setup fees or additional services purchased separately are not refundable.
